SEO and AI search agency for online stores
Get your store
found in Google
and named by AI.
CartPile does SEO and AI search work for ecommerce stores only. We run press releases, link insertions, technical and on-page SEO, listicle placements and LLM mention tracking, so shoppers see your store in search results and in answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews.
Shoppers now ask AI what to buy
Many shoppers now start product research by asking ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini, and Google shows AI Overviews above its results for a growing set of searches. A store that is not named in those answers loses that shopper before they reach a results page.
The sources those tools draw on are mostly pages we already work on: rankings, best-of articles, press coverage and review sites. That is why we run SEO and AI search as one program and only for stores.

Common questions
GEO, or generative engine optimization, is the work of getting your brand named and cited in answers from AI products such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Google AI Overviews. It overlaps with SEO, since many of these tools pull from pages that already rank, but the goal is a mention or citation inside the answer rather than a blue link.
Yes. Google AI Overviews and AI Mode draw on Google's index, and tools such as ChatGPT search and Perplexity retrieve web pages when they answer. A store that is not crawlable, indexed and trusted has little chance of being retrieved. We treat GEO as an extension of SEO, not a replacement.
No. Nobody can guarantee a mention. Models give different answers on different runs, for different users and over time. We can measure how often you appear, work on the sources models cite, and report changes. Any agency that promises a specific mention is guessing.
Link insertions are safe when the site is relevant, the page is real and the link is not part of a scheme. Google's spam policies target link spam, including links bought to manipulate rankings without proper rel attributes. We vet each page, avoid private blog networks, and mark paid placements as Google asks.
On-page SEO for ecommerce is optimizing what is on your store's own pages so they match what shoppers search for. It covers titles, headings, descriptions, product details, images, internal links and structured data on collection pages, product pages and guides.
Your store should start with whatever limits growth most. If pages are not indexed or load slowly, begin with technical SEO. If the site is sound but has few links, begin with link insertions and listicles. If you want AI visibility, begin with a prompt baseline. The free audit tells you which applies.

Ten Technical SEO Checks for an Online Store
Faceted navigation, duplicate URLs and unindexed product pages cap more stores than thin content does. These ten checks come first.
Link Insertions or Guest Posts: Which Fits an Online Store?
Link insertions are faster and cheaper per link. Guest posts give you more control. Which one fits depends on the page you want to rank.
What Is GEO and Does an Online Store Need It?
GEO is the work of getting your brand named in answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews. Most stores should treat it as an extension of SEO.
